Some employees and construction workers of Atimonan One Energy, Inc (A1E) project contractors who joined the coastal cleanup drive last January 29.

 

As part of their commitment to environmental stewardship, contractors and sub-contractors of Atimonan One Energy, Inc. (A1E) conducted a weekly coastal clean-up drive in Atimonan, Quezon last month.

The activity gathered close to 100 volunteers from Integrated Synergy Construction Corporation (ISCC), Delta Earthmoving Inc., Betonbau Construction, Inc., and Rexsun Development and Consulting Corporation who scoured the coastline of A1E’s project site in Barangay Villa Ibaba.

All COVID-19 health and safety protocols were followed during the activities that were done on January 7, 14, 21 and 29.

Around 17 tons of garbage were collected and sent to a material recovery facility in Taysan, Batangas.

Mr. Nestor Aguiwas, site representative from ISCC, pledged to regularly conduct clean-up activities as part of their commitment to be environmentally conscious and responsible corporate citizens of Atimonan.
