Panay Power Corporation (PPC) owns and operates a 7.5 MW diesel-fired plant in Nabas and a 5 MW in New Washington, Aklan. ​  ​

PPC, once belonging to First Generation Holdings and First Private Power, came with leading-edge technical expertise learned from the operations of the 210 MW Bauang diesel-fired power plant, one of the largest bunker-fired diesel plants in the world.​
